Return policy:

Our work is high quality and guaranteed authentic. We do understand that in some cases your recipient or you may want to return the item for a refund. If in any way you are not satisfied with your delivered item, you may return your purchase for a refund within 30 days of receipt. Must be shipped back to our warehouse in the same condition it arrived. You must include any items like light bases that come free with the item or the order will be returned to you.

Within 30 days of receipt, if you are unsatisfied with your item or our services, contact us. We do require you obtain a Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA #) prior to returning, so please do not just send it back to sender. After receiving your RMA, send it to the address we give you (our distributors are in one of three locations) fully insured with a tracking numbers.

 
Maleras crystal items:
We will refund 100% of your money or arrange for a full credit exchange, you decide which. Proof of purchase (at least your confirmation email) is required with returned item.

Shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for paying shipping back to the vendor.

Starlite Originals mised media items: A 7.5% restocking fee will be charged, for return of any item by this manufacturer. Proof of purchase (at least your confirmation email) is required with returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for paying shipping back to the vendor.

Engraved plates: Are not refundable.

Guaranteed In New Condition: ALL our merchandise is brand new, authentic, signed, and never previously owned. We guarantee your item will arrive in perfect condition or we will refund 100% of your purchase price. Changes/Cancellations: After your order has been placed, any changes will be subject to our ability to conform to the requested change. If it has shipped than a return will need to be made after your receipt (see above).

Special orders
(for items that require shipping direct from the Maleras factory in Sweden): Special orders have a restocking fee, please contact us as this fee varies by special order. We will notify you if a special order (direct shipment from Sweden) is required. Direct shipping from Sweden occurs only with larger quantity orders or retired items.

Items in stock: Ships normally 1-2 business days. 

We recommend contacting us first in the morning of a business day if you must have an item shipped the same day.

Delivery times: Our vendor for Mats Jonasson ships from Paducah, Kentucky. With standard UPS Ground shipping, expect the item to arrive 3-5 days after ordering if you are on the east coast and 4-7 days if you are on the west coast. Rush shipping is also available for actual costs. Next Day Air also available.

Our vendor for Starlite Originals from L.A., California.With standard UPS Ground shipping, expect the item to arrive 3-5 days after ordering if you are on the west coast and 4-7 days if you are on the east coast. Rush shipping is also available for actual costs. Next Day Air also available.

UPS shipping rates are calculated on our site with a module designed to make as accurate as possible shipping rates. The rate quoted during chekcout will be the amount applied to your bill automatically. You may select any of UPS main shipping methods at checkout.

Tracking:

Normally a tracking number is available shortly after the item is shipped. Contact us if you require one so you can track your order.

UPS will not deliver on weekends or Holidays. International orders require more time to process.

All orders are 100% insured through the shipping process, please return it in the highly unlikely event your item was damaged.

Changes/Cancellations


After your order has been placed, any changes will be subject to our ability to conform to the requested change. If the order has already shipped, you will be responsible for covering insured shipping.
